DEC Projects was engaged by McConnell Dowell for the Major Roads Projects Victoria TOC for the Epping Road upgrade. The reconstruction of 4km or Epping Road included adding extra traffic lanes in both directions for 4 km, upgrading existing intersections, installing new traffic lights and building new walking and cycling facilities. The projects was successfully awarded to the Western Program Alliance.
