DEC Projects was engaged by McConnell Dowell for the Cherry Street level crossing removal TOC, with the project being awarded to the Western Program Alliance.

The project scope was building a road bridge over the rail line, and road intersection upgrades for Wattle Avenue and Princes Highway, and Tarneit Road and Railway Avenue.
